Another candidate joins District 4 supervisor race

February 13, 2012

Mono County's District 4 race up in the north end of the county is getting crowded.

The Mono County Elections office confirmed a third candidate, Bridgeport resident Jan Huggans, pulled papers Feb. 7 for signatures in lieu of the filing fee, joining candidates Bob Peters and Tim Fesko in the race.

Current District 4 Supervisor Tim Hansen has been redistricted out of District 4 and into District 3 and has announced he will not run for that seat, currently held by Supervisor Vikki Bauer. Tim Alpers recently announced he will challenge Bauer for the seat.
