First Night 2009!
Festivities begin with a Dj spinning at 6 p.m. in the Village Events Plaza. Band starts at 7:30 p.m. and fireworks at 9p.m.!
Story Hour and Crafts at the Mammoth Lakes Library
From 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Bilingual book reading accompanied by arts and crafts activities for children ages 0-5. The library is located at 400 Sierra Park Road. Call (760) 934-4777.
Free Concert at the Mammoth Lakes Arts Center
Celebrate New Years Eve with a free concert by Close Encounters from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Local singers and songwriters performing, as well as the Watchmen band, in efforts to raise funding for orphans in 3rd world countries.
