Happy Mammoth Mother's Day
Image
Mammoth moms Jonnel Janewicz-Leggette with Logan Luella Leggette, and Brooke Pace McKenna with Jack Wesley McKenna
At least two Mammoth mothers are getting ready to celebrate their first Mother's Day on Sunday, May 11 with their beautiful babes.
Just a few short weeks ago, Jonnel Janewicz-Leggette and Brooke Pace McKenna were comparing bellies at a baby shower, as both their due dates approached. The following day, at 35 weeks, 6 days, Jack Wesley McKenna arrived in the world, March 31 at 12:15 p.m., tipping Mammoth Hospital's scales at 4 lbs., 7 oz. It would be another five days until Logan Luella Leggette made her appearance, after her mom's 41 weeks of pregnancy. She arrived April 5 at 12:17 a.m.
“The doctors were awesome,” said the ladies, commenting that at least five babies were brought into the world that week, a Mammoth mini baby boom.
