For the first time this season, Mammoth Mountain will be fully operational, just in time for the upcoming three-day Presidents Day Weekend.
In a news release from the ski hill on Monday, Feb. 10, a Mammoth spokesperson claimed last weekend's storms dropped between 40 and 60 inches at the summit.
That means the operations crew will allow the ski resort to be 100 percent open for the first time this season.
More details on the storm's impact on Mammoth Mountain will appear in Thursday's editions of the Mammoth times, on Feb. 13.
