Playing golf with the cows to raise money for Coleville students? Why not?

March 30, 2015

This weekend, come out to the Topaz area to play golf in the most unconventional green imaginable—and help out Coleville High School students at the same time. The gold course is a true cow pasture that is transformed by the local Lions Club into an 18-hole golf course for the event. All proceeds go to scholarships for local students. The event begins on Sat., April 4, at 9 a.m. at the “The Baldo Giorgi Pasture Golf Club” (a cow pasture), north of Coleville on Topaz Lane off Highway 395. Proceeds benefit the Antelope Valley Lions Club Scholarship Fund for Coleville High School students.
